I have worked with Cape Cod based non-profit organizations for over 11 years, serving clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I have a deep and diverse experience with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction as well as the full range of life transition, work and relationship based stressors. Before joining Leek Therapy as a private practitioner, I worked in several school districts and outpatient care facilities working with a diverse group of clients.
I work with clients who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, school, work and social stressors, including major life transitions such as parenthood, divorce and career changes. I begin by building a trusting relationship with each client, providing a safe, open and judgment free rapport that allow my clients to heal, grow or change as they may desire.
I use client-centered and strengths-based models in order to help identify and explore patterns, develop insight, and challenge irrational thought processes. My goal is to empower my clients with the mental and emotional tools to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
