At Leek Therapy, we’re a values-driven, boutique-feel group practice offering thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy across Boston, Bourne, West Yarmouth, and online throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our therapists support clients of all ages through a blend of professional rigor, flexibility, and genuine human connection.

Full-time clinicians are offered a competitive salary with an additional bonus structure, a 401(k) retirement plan, and 100% employer-paid health insurance.

Group supervision and case consultation are provided regularly, with individual supervision available for licensed therapists upon request and routinely for those working toward LMHC and LICSW licensure.
