I strive to create an affirming collaborative therapeutic environment. Utilizing a strength based, client centered approach and drawing from a blend of evidence based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing I work to support clients in identifying their strengths and challenges and addressing barriers to their well being. I work collaboratively with individuals and families with a particular interest in working with youth with neurodivergence and/or anxiety.

My primary role has been as School based Social worker in public schools for over 20 years. I enjoy serving school aged youth and their family in that context and working to find solutions to challenges and fostering positive social interactions, growth and independence.I am committed to supporting individuals navigate through challenging experiences and partnering to find healing and well being. At this time, I am pursuing additional training in EMDR therapy, somatic therapies, gender affirming care and completing 200 hour yoga teacher certification.
