Counselor, LMHC, LADC (she/her)
Welcome!
As individuals, we experience a wide range of emotions and challenges that may lead us to seek mental health care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my goal is to collaborate with you to enhance your mental and emotional well-being. In addition to being an LMHC, I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC1) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
Before starting in private practice, I worked in diverse clinical settings, which allowed me to develop adaptability in working with various populations. My background includes extensive experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment across multiple levels of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, I have worked in correctional facilities and public schools, supporting general and special education students aged 14–22.
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued throughout our work together. My experience has reinforced the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships, as genuine rapport fosters meaningful progress. I take a client-centered approach, integrating your personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations to guide our work. Clinically, I incorporate various interventions and therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs and treatment goals.
I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life, and it is both an honor and a privilege to support your journey toward deeper self-understanding and personal growth through therapy.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy can provide individuals with a place to process their experiences, emotions and behaviors in a space free from judgement and outside knowledge of the individual or those who impact their lives. Having this space allows for individuals to feel free to speak openly and honestly about what brings them to therapy, their fears, hopes, desires, goals and challenges.
What I love About Being a Therapist
I love being a therapist because it is an honor to be allowed to process with you the experiences that have made you who you are. In order for therapy to be successful one must be vulnerable and at times brutally honest with themselves and when in therapy, with their therapist. Being someone who is granted access to that side of others and is considered a member of their support system is something that I cherish with each and every one of my clients.
