Leek Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated clinicians—both licensed mental health therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or similar) and motivated pre-licensed therapists actively pursuing licensure—to join our growing team at the Bourne clinic on Cape Cod. As part of our supportive, collaborative practice, you will provide outpatient talk therapy to individuals across the lifespan, working in a client-centered and flexible environment while being empowered to manage your own caseload, select clients, and structure your schedule in a way that promotes both clinical excellence and work–life balance.
