My thoughts on Therapy

What I love about being a Therapist

I find it to be such a privilege to play a part in the life journeys of those I work with, and I believe strongly that working with individuals one on one builds and strengthens the overall mental health landscape and capacity of our communities.

My role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to meet you where you are at. To cultivate a safe and nonjudgemental environment that promotes increased inner resourcing and authentic personal growth.

My guiding ethical principle

One of my guiding principles as a therapist is that you are the expert of your own experience. I aim to honor that truth in all sessions, and to come from a place of real collaboration and capacity building.
