P- LMHC (She, her)
I have had the privilege of working with individuals navigating challenges related to chronic illness, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, spirituality, self-actualization, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based and holistic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I also incorporate integrative and movement-based practices such as Dance/Movement Therapy and the Alexander Technique to support clients in developing deeper mind-body awareness and embodied presence.
My work focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth through actionable tools and consistent guidance. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and empowering process—one that pairs empathic support with a client’s dedication and willingness to evolve. My goal is to create a safe, equitable, and compassionate space where clients feel deeply heard, respected, and supported as they move toward healing, self-actualization, and a more authentic connection to themselves.

How Pschotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy can help clients develop greater self-awareness, change habitual patterns of thought/ behavior, integrate the ability to "pause" in their daily life, and develop a closer relationship with the mind/body connection to achieve ease, freedom, and embodied presence.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is for the client to learn to develop new skills which will support them in their journey towards healing and self-actualization. Psychotherapy is not just a place to vent one's feelings, but rather, a collaborative environment which pairs the therapists empathic guidance, with the client's persistent dedication, willingness, and commitment to themselves and the process of change.
What I Love About Being a Therapist
I am always so honored and humbled to be in the position to hold clients' personal stories. I feel my role is of great responsibility and seriousness. It is truly a gift beyond words for me to witness clients in their full vulnerability and truth.
