Counselor, LICSW Pre Licensed
Jillian Campbell believes psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, build confidence, and feel genuinely seen as they navigate life’s challenges. She views therapy as an opportunity for everyone to receive an unbiased, nonjudgmental perspective on their path toward better mental health. Passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults grow into their strengths, Jillian focuses on what helps each client feel good, succeed, and move toward their goals. She meets clients exactly where they are—listening and validating when needed, and gently challenging unhelpful patterns when they’re ready. Informed by the social work value of honoring each person’s inherent dignity and worth, as well as a commitment to integrity, competence, and service, she tailors her approach by understanding clients’ histories, supports, coping skills, and openness to new strategies. Jillian’s own therapeutic experiences and personal struggles deepen her empathy and respect for the courage it takes to be vulnerable, and she uses warmth and even humor to make difficult conversations feel more manageable. She reassures those hesitant to begin that while therapy can be challenging, it offers a compassionate sounding board and a path toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
